All purchases of physical items from TAKE IT EASY (Pty) Ltd. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns, Refund and Title
TAKE IT EASY (Pty) Ltd. does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, TAKE IT EASY (Pty) Ltd. does not take title to the refunded item.
Products bought on TAKE IT EASY (Pty) Ltd. are refundable within 1 month of their purchase if they are non-perishable, and within 1 week if they are perishable. Used products may only be returned for a refund as per return agreements of the original manufacturer and or distributor.
